We Need YOUR Help
 

In order for the Donkey Derby to be successful we need lots of help. We understand that not everyone is able to help on the day so why not support us in other ways? We have compiled a 'Wish List' which we will update regularly as the day approaches.

At the present we need the following - please pledge your support HERE...

• Selling programmes throughout Doddinghurst, Pilgrims Hatch, Kelvedon Hatch and Blackmore

• Displaying 'Keith Ashton' Boards in front gardens advertising the event

• Displaying Donkey Derby posters in car windows - Download & print a 2008 POSTER

• Saving items such as -

  • McDonalds toys

  • Soft toys

  • Second-hand Videos and Toys

  • Dresser or similar for use on break the crockery stall

  • Old Skateboards

...and on the day...

• Setting up from 7:30 a.m.

• People to man stalls throughout the day - in 1/2 hour slots

• Making cakes for the day - delivered to the Village Hall on the day

• Face painters

• Serving refreshments to stall holders on the day

• Clearing away from 5:30 p.m.
